Brad Snell

ABILENE - Brad Eugene Snell, 53, died Friday, June 11, 2004, in Dallas.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith with Steve Joiner, pastor, officiating.

Mr. Snell was born Sept. 15, 1950, in Manhattan, Kan. He served in the Army for two years, and was stationed in Germany.

Survivors include a son, Chad Snell of Pampa; two grandsons; his parents, Gene and Jean Snell of White Deer; two brothers, Craig Snell of Amarillo and Kim Snell of Liberal, Kan.; and two sisters, Jen Schnelle of White Deer and Becky Harris of Platte City, Mo.

The family suggests memorials be to Hendrick Medical Center Foundation to the extended care unit, 1900 Pine St., Abilene, TX 79601-9950; or a favorite charity.

Brad was such a funny and sweet guy! I will never, never forget 8th grade math class. Poor Miss Schumacher (or something like that)! Brad kept us in stitches all the time and no one paid attention. Brad was a laugh a second! So sorry that I never got to see him "all grown up"!
